We also manufacture a versatile range of Aluminium ladders for fruit picking, forestry pruning, and industrial or trade applications—built tough for demanding use.
In the agricultural sector, our lineup includes ag Tip Trailers, Field Rollers, and Feed Troughs, all engineered to perform under the rugged conditions of New Zealand farming.
For the Heavy Transport Industry, Transtak builds a variety of solutions, including Tri-Box Container Units, Heavy Skeletal Trailers, and Curtainside Units. Backed by a skilled design and fabrication team, our equipment is made to handle Kiwi conditions without compromise.
Our Transtak carriers are working extremely well on our orchards moving around 90,000 Bins annually. We have the hydrafloat accumulators fitted to all of our carriers for a smoother ride. Using the Transtak® trailers is the only way to move this quantity of fruit quickly out of the summer heat to coolstore.

We can pick 800 bins/day with 7 x Transtak® 1500L / 1500LE bin carriers where before we were using 20-25 roller trailers. When Combined with the Darmec 550 bin transporters we can move up to 2000 bins/day. There are also savings in moving less equipment from block to block and less worker injuries using the Transtak® carriers.
